这几天气温陡然升到了华氏九十多度，春天的扫除变成了夏日清理。我也想起邻居去年发给我的一个搞笑Email。从ipod，iphone，ipad，到iron（烙铁，熨斗） 的关系说开去。有趣的是她的先生名叫Ron，我说你家里有真正的i-Ron 哦。

她发给我的图已经找不到了， 就从网上下载几张，这个小故事以一个男人的口气说话，译出来大概意思如下：

这一切都是由一个 iPhone 引起的

March was when my son celebrated his 15th birthday and I got him an iPhone, and he loved it, who wouldn't?
三月份我儿子过十五岁生日我送了他一个iPhone，他爱不释手，搁谁谁不爱呀！



I celebrated my birthday in July and my wife made me very happy when she bought me an iPad
我七月过生日，我太太送我一个iPad，我喜出望外。



My daughter's birthday was in August so I got her an iPod
我女儿八月过生日，我送了她一个ipod

  

September came by, so for my wife's birthday I bought her an iRon.
九月我太太过生日，我送了她一个iRon（烙铁，熨斗）
It was around then that the fight started...
从此我们开始争吵。。。

What my wife failed to recognize is that the iRon can be integrated into the home network with the iWash, iCook, and iClean. This unfortunately activated the iNag app.

我太太没有意识到这“熨斗”～iRon 也可以并入家庭网络系统嘛！“我洗衣”～iWash，“我做饭”～iCook，“我收拾”～iClean。。。可惜“我牢骚”～iNag这个应用程序也启动了。。。

Which led me to the iHospital and the Doctors predict that...
最终我进了医院， 医生预言到。。。

据说吸尘器，熨斗一类的物件是最不受欢迎的礼物。好在没人拿熨斗当礼物送我。我去年生日的时候，得到一个ipad2。本来我在中国惠普和美国HP总部工作过，对惠普产品情有独钟。后来孩子们有了多个ipod, itouch产品，我也试用公婆好友帕西拉的iPad，很喜欢，家人得到暗示就准备送我一个。在ipad的背面，先生问我要刻上什么字？生日快乐？我想起大宝上小学时给我写的一首诗，就刻上两句吧！当时在大宝屋里看到纸上的这诗，我还心想这小小子爱上谁了？再仔细一看，题目是我的中文名啊。原来是大宝在学校写的诗，我差点当废纸扔了。等他回家送他Big Hugs!
