Certain chips were cut into and
lived there in our hearts
as they were smashed into us so deep
that no one could possibly remove them
The healing only covers up the chips
left with scar tissues
They would be touchy with some reminders of the past
They could be easily reopened with repeated sin
reaching the point of no return
The forgiving is almost like swallowing all the pain
from the past, the present and even the future
until the feeling is truly converted to love
To love what one hated so much before
as if one was reborn
