农民的儿子就是太实在

这个礼拜，玉米地的工作就剩儿子和一帮本地农民了。高中生大学生都走了。昨天儿子回来说，manager给他说了，他可以干到他得上学的那一天。昨天收到儿子第一个礼拜干了两天的工资，当初因为公司搞错了，这张支票晚到了两个礼拜。儿子算了算，干完这个礼拜有1800的收入。下个礼拜五去学校报道，还没想好下礼拜前几天是不是继续干。

老爸给他说:你在玉米地干了三年了，manager们对你映象还不错，你该考虑明年夏天的安排了。可以跟他们谈谈，是不是明年夏天搞个10礼拜的internship...你自己说的，今年就有一个大学生做internship, 而大学第一个暑假找专业相关的internship太难。。。

人家说:那个internship和我做得事情一样，工资也差不多，没啥差别啊。我明年先找别的事情，找不到不是还可以再来玉米地干五个礼拜么。有没有internship无所谓。。。

老爸只好苦口婆心:你在美国长大，好歹比我要知道得多啊。同样的事情，只要不撒谎，bragging是可以的。你做同样的事情，玉米地打短工，要换成internship的title,你就高大上了--SP500的大公司， summer internship, 再找个manager给你写封推荐信，也许你第二第三年夏天找专业相关的internship就容易了。再说，你学校就在这家公司的总部附近，也许大学毕业时你真在总部找个工作呢。。。


哎，儿子太实在，这么一步一步教他还不愿意听。。。晕
