这两个房子选哪个？

今天看了几个房，有两个备选：

 

A. townhouse,$15.5万，1800sf, 2卧2.5卫,没有HOA, 学区554, 大概 租$1250/month，那一片挺热闹，应该好租些。说实话，发现白玉房租起来费劲儿，有点没动力买白玉了。

 

B. SFH, $21万，1000sf, 3卧2卫，HOA 45/month, 学区997, 大概租 $1450/month，小区很不错。

 

两个房都是94年的。B房整个upgrade，很新。可是，没车库！小区的房子基本不是一车库就是没车库。B升值潜力大，A以前不涨，这两年突然涨了2,3万，但应该升值潜力不大。

 

是买townhouse, diversify一下，还是继续SFH?
