今天中介转发来一家搞商业短租公司的询问，要租我的房子一年，这是原文。
I am interested in renting this home for a 12 month period for my client who needs to use for out of town employees. Sometimes the home will be vacant and sometimes we could have multiple people staying - all depending on the companies schedule for their employees. Fox Corporate Housing will be leasing the home from owner, will pay all deposits, be responsible for any damages, pay all the ultimates, etc. Please let me know if the owner will accommodate this request.

我的房子虽然没有HOA管着，但是否还要什么机构批准，办什么手续之类的？
