对只会一锅炖的我而言，烤羊腿之类的技术活都是家里那位周末改善伙食的绝招！

昨天羊腿促销，一高兴买了俩！背回家后，又犯愁了！没算时间，离周末还差好几天呢！天干地燥，得趁新鲜煮啊！

今早心一横，干脆自己动手吧！问家里那位烤羊腿的秘籍，人回：你上网查菜谱啦！猪队友，谢谢您的“葵花宝典”哈！
 
网上一搜，各式烤羊腿（希腊式，摩洛哥式，韩国式等等）看得眼花缭乱，选了个简单的传统方法。了解大致过程后，按自己的食材和理解，做了一系列的准备工作，然后塞入烤箱，等！

还好不用炼七七四十九天，娃们到家时，也差不多了！闷热的天气让他们都没什么胃口，但尝了第一口后，他们都忍不住“嗯（悠扬起伏声）。。。太好吃了！”我也咬了一大口，果然味道不错，小半瓶红酒没白加哈！
